AZ Tile Grout couldn't have made this experience any better. From reaching out to me quickly after my request to completing the job, he was very responsive and clear in his communication. I was ready to rip out the floor and have it replaced for ~$1000+ as I was told there was no salvaging it by a first opinion assessment. Ismael with AZ Tile and Grout was a second opinion, who said restoration to about 70% of the original look was possible. He was straightforward about what was realistic. I would be happy to recommend his service!

Quick, efficient and effective services. I don’t have any before pictures but our grout is very light in color and was very dirty in high traffic areas. It had also never been previously sealed so we had them clean and seal. The guys were friendly and professional and moved very quickly. Done much faster than anticipated and our floors look new again.

AZ Tile Grout did a very good job at restoring our floor. It was previously sealed by another company but whatever they used didn’t hold up and got dirty very quickly. These guys came and stripped the old sealer away, cleaned the floor and applied a different type of sealer. Our floors look brand new. Excellent job.

AZ Tile Grout is not responsible for cracked grout or missing grout due to improper installation. Cleaning with high pressure can remove grout, color sealers and damage some satin-finished natural stones in rare instances. We do our absolute best to prevent this from ever happening.
