AZ Tile Grout is not responsible for cracked grout or missing grout due to improper installation. Cleaning with high pressure can remove grout, color sealers and damage some satin-finished natural stones in rare instances. We do our absolute best to prevent this from ever happening. We are not responsible for damaged or water swollen base boards due to lack of caulking/ sealing. In order to clean a floor properly, we will be wetting your floor with water and various solutions.
